1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Use ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "User," "Attendee") and ANMI Events ("we," "us," "our," "Company," "Service Provider"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website located at [www.anmievents.com] (the "Website"), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contractual relationship governed by applicable laws. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall refer to such entity.

Critical Notice: These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability and require individual arbitration of disputes (Section 15). Please read all provisions carefully, as your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of all terms herein.

2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

  • "Event" means any conference, seminar, workshop, networking session, exhibition, or other gathering organized, hosted, or managed by ANMI Events.
  • "Ticket" means the right to attend an Event, whether in physical or digital form, obtained through registration and payment.
  • "Registration" means the process of enrolling to attend an Event through our Services.
  • "Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials available through our Services.
  • "User Content" means any content, materials, or information submitted, posted, or transmitted by you through our Services.
  • "Intellectual Property" means all patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
  • "Third Party" means any individual or entity other than you and ANMI Events.
  • "Force Majeure Event" means circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, terrorism, war, or civil disturbance.

Headings and titles in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" shall mean "including without limitation."

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for Events or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our Services with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

Important: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Provision of false or misleading information
  • Engagement in conduct harmful to other users or our reputation
  • Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from account suspension or termination.

4. EVENT REGISTRATION AND TICKETS

4.1 Registration Process

Event registration requires completion of our online registration form and payment of all applicable fees. Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by ANMI Events. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You have the authority to make the registration and payment
  • You will comply with all Event rules and these Terms
  • You acknowledge that registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in Section 6

4.2 Ticket Issuance and Validity

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a Ticket confirmation via email. Your Ticket:

  • Is valid only for the specific Event, date, and time indicated
  • Is personal to you and non-transferable without our prior written consent
  • May be subject to verification at Event entry
  • Does not guarantee admission if you arrive late or Event capacity is reached
  • May be revoked if these Terms are violated

Ticket Transfer Policy: If you wish to transfer your Ticket to another person, you must contact us at least seven (7) business days prior to the Event. Transfers are subject to our approval and may incur an administrative fee of Rs. 500 or 10% of the ticket price, whichever is higher.

4.3 Event Capacity and Waitlists

Events may have limited capacity. We reserve the right to close registration when capacity is reached. If an Event is fully booked, you may join a waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee admission and does not create any obligation on our part to provide access to the Event.

5. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1 Pricing and Fees

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes as required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect registrations already confirmed and paid for.

The total price payable includes:

  • Base Event registration fee
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax laws
  • Payment processing fees (if applicable)
  • Any additional services or features selected during registration

5.2 Payment Methods and Processing

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
  • Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Digital wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Bank transfers (with prior approval for corporate bookings)

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
  • The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will maintain sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction

5.3 Failed Payments and Outstanding Balances

If payment fails or is declined, your registration will not be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel pending registrations for failed payments. If you have an outstanding balance due to chargebacks, disputes, or other reasons, we may:

  • Suspend your access to future Events
  • Pursue collection of amounts owed
  • Charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower

5.4 Invoices and Tax Compliance

We will provide a tax-compliant invoice for all payments made. Under the Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, we are required to collect and remit GST on taxable services. You are responsible for maintaining records of all transactions for your tax filing purposes.

For corporate registrations, please provide your company's GST Identification Number (GSTIN) to receive a proper tax invoice.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

6.1 Cancellation by Attendee

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to support@anmievents.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following schedule:

Refund Schedule:

  • More than 30 days before Event: 80% refund (20% administrative fee)
  • 15-30 days before Event: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before Event: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before Event: No refund
  • No-show or failure to attend: No refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Administrative fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6.2 Cancellation by ANMI Events

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any Event due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Force Majeure Events (see Section 7)
  • Insufficient registrations
  • Venue unavailability
  • Speaker cancellations
  • Government orders or public health directives

In the event of cancellation by ANMI Events:

  • We will provide notice via email and website announcement as soon as reasonably practicable
  • You will receive a full refund of your registration fee (100%)
  • Alternatively, you may opt for credit toward a future Event
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including travel expenses, accommodation costs, or lost business opportunities

6.3 Refund Processing and Disputes

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion and in accordance with this policy. Disputes regarding refunds must be raised within sixty (60) days of the original transaction date.

Important Notice: Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and exclusion from future Events.

7. EVENT CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE

7.1 Event Modifications

We reserve the right to make changes to Event details at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Event schedule, timing, and duration
  • Venue location (provided reasonable alternative is offered)
  • Speaker lineup and session topics
  • Event format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
  • Amenities and services offered

While we make every effort to maintain consistency with advertised Event details, minor modifications do not entitle attendees to refunds unless the changes are so substantial as to fundamentally alter the nature of the Event.

7.2 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to Force Majeure Events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms, natural disasters)
  • Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or military actions
  • Government orders, regulations, or restrictions
  • Labor strikes or disputes
  • Utility failures or telecommunications outages
  • Fire, explosion, or other catastrophic events

In the event of Force Majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Notify affected attendees promptly
  • Offer alternative arrangements (rescheduling or virtual format)
  • Provide refunds or credits as outlined in Section 6.2

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall ANMI Events be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, lost business opportunities, or personal inconvenience.

8. ATTENDEE CONDUCT AND CODE OF ETHICS

8.1 Expected Conduct

All attendees must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. You agree to:

  • Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and vendors with respect and courtesy
  • Comply with all venue rules and regulations
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
  • Not disrupt Event proceedings or interfere with others' enjoyment
  • Dress appropriately for a professional environment
  • Refrain from inappropriate or offensive language
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of speakers and organizers
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion without refund:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
  • Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Unauthorized recording, photography, or broadcasting
  • Distribution of promotional materials without prior authorization
  • Solicitation or commercial activities without permission
  • Possession or use of weapons, illegal substances, or contraband
  • Intoxication or disorderly conduct
  • Damage to venue property or Event materials
  • Impersonation of staff, speakers, or other attendees
  • Any illegal activity or violation of venue policies

8.3 Enforcement and Consequences

ANMI Events reserves the right to:

  • Remove any attendee who violates these conduct standards
  • Refuse entry or revoke Tickets without refund
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Ban individuals from future Events
  • Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by misconduct

Our decision regarding conduct violations is final and not subject to appeal. Expelled attendees are not entitled to refunds.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

All Content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Our Content"), is the exclusive property of ANMI Events or our licensors and is protected by:

  • Copyright laws under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
  • Trademark laws under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India)
  • International intellectual property treaties and conventions
  • Other applicable intellectual property laws

The ANMI Events name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ANMI Events or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9.2 Limited License to Use Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • View Event materials provided to you as an attendee
  • Download and print Content made available for download

This license does not include any right to:

  • Modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Use Our Content for commercial purposes
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
  • Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

9.3 User Content and Submissions

By submitting, posting, or transmitting User Content through our Services, you grant ANMI Events a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the User Content
  • Display, perform, and distribute the User Content in any media
  • Create derivative works based on the User Content
  • Use the User Content for marketing and promotional purposes

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9.4 Copyright Infringement Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information as required under the Copyright Act, 1957:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement of accuracy made under penalty of perjury
  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person

10. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING, AND MEDIA RELEASE

10.1 Event Photography and Recording

ANMI Events and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, or record Events for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. By attending an Event, you:

  • Grant us the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance
  • Waive any right to compensation for such use
  • Waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product
  • Release us from any liability related to such use

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the Event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all photographs or recordings.

10.2 Attendee Recording Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, attendees are prohibited from:

  • Recording audio or video of Event proceedings
  • Live streaming or broadcasting Event content
  • Photographing presentation materials or slides
  • Distributing Event content to third parties

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate expulsion, confiscation of recording devices, legal action, and permanent ban from future Events.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

11.1 Services Provided "As Is"

Important Legal Notice:

OUR SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through our Services will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the technology will be corrected
  • The information provided by speakers is accurate or complete

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANMI EVENTS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
  • STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Cap on Liability: In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for Event registration in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Rs. 10,000, whichever is less.

11.3 Specific Event Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Health and Safety: You attend Events at your own risk. We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or adverse health effects resulting from Event attendance.
  • Personal Property: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at Events.
  • Third-Party Services: Events may include services provided by third-party vendors (catering, transportation, accommodation). We are not liable for the acts or omissions of such third parties.
  • Speaker Content: Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of ANMI Events.
  • Networking: Any business relationships or transactions formed through Event networking are solely between the parties involved. We are not responsible for any resulting disputes or damages.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANMI Events, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party
  • Your use or misuse of our Services
  • Your User Content or any content you submit, post, or transmit
  • Your conduct at Events or interaction with other attendees
  • Any fraud, intentional misconduct, or negligence on your part
  • Your breach of any representation or warranty made herein

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and your use of our Services.

Notice Requirement: We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any claim without our prior written consent.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
  • Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You are expressly prohibited from:

  1. Systematic Retrieval: Using any automated system (including robots, spiders, scrapers) to access or extract data from our Services
  2. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
  3. Security Violations: Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features
  4. Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services
  5. Deceptive Practices: Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  6. Impersonation: Impersonating ANMI Events, our employees, or other users
  7. Spamming: Sending unsolicited communications or spam to other users
  8. Commercial Misuse: Using our Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
  9. Competitive Intelligence: Using our Services to gather intelligence for competitive purposes
  10. Illegal Activity: Using our Services to facilitate any illegal activity
  11. Malicious Code: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  12. Intellectual Property Violation: Infringing upon intellectual property rights of ANMI Events or third parties

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for all resulting damages.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

15.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Subject to the arbitration provisions below, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Mumbai, Maharashtra, India] for resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services.

15.2 Mandatory Arbitration

Binding Arbitration Clause - Please Read Carefully:

Except as provided below, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration Procedures:

  • Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
  • The seat of arbitration shall be [Mumbai, Maharashtra, India]
  • Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties
  • If parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 30 days, appointment shall be made by [appropriate appointing authority]
  • The language of arbitration shall be English
  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
  • Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND ANMI EVENTS AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not preside over any consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.

15.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to:

  • Protect intellectual property rights
  • Prevent unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Enforce confidentiality obligations
  • Prevent imminent harm

15.5 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration or litigation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. Either party must provide written notice of the dispute to the other party, and the parties shall meet and confer in good faith for at least thirty (30) days to attempt resolution.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

  • Immediately upon posting on our Website for non-material changes
  • Thirty (30) days after posting for material changes

We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting a notice on our Website
  • Sending an email to the address associated with your account
  • Displaying a prominent notice when you next access our Services

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our Services.

Review Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking for updates at least once per quarter or before each Event registration.

17. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

17.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

In such case, the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the parties. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be deleted and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

17.2 Waiver

No waiver by ANMI Events of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

Any failure by ANMI Events to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ANMI Events to be effective.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANMI Events regarding your use of our Services.

These Terms supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ANMI Events regarding the subject matter herein.

No amendment or modification of these Terms shall be binding unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ANMI Events.
